Reviews
It was a nice and cheap hot spring, but the sauna was small and it was very crowded, and there were people using the lockers without putting 100 yen in, so I guess it was confusing.
A stable hot spring.
The male and female baths change daily.
Perhaps due to rising fuel prices, the hot water in the open-air bath is running low.
Is the indoor bath better now?
Fee: 500 yen. The tempura bowl in the photo costs 900 yen. The inside of the hotel was also nice and clean. Hot spring + sauna (a bit small) The free rest space was also quite spacious. I will use it again.
The admission fee of 500 yen for adults is too reasonable these days. The open-air bath outside was very hot and felt very comfortable.
The five peaks mentioned here are the Nasu Mountain Range, the Hyakumura Massif, Mt. Takahara, the Nikko Mountain Range, and Mt. Nantai. Is Mt. Nantai part of the Nikko mountain range? It may seem strange, but the truth is that for the citizens of Otawara, there are various theories about Gomine.
The hot water is a simple alkaline spring, but the concentration is quite high, making you think you are close to a volcano. The men's and women's baths change regularly, so you can enjoy both if you visit several times. The body soap is my favorite Phoenix herb.
It's quite crowded on weekends.
The hot springs were nice and smooth, but I was disappointed with the smell of chlorine. The sauna is for 4 people, but it was fine for 3 people, but a local regular was forcing his way in, which made me feel uncomfortable.
I live in Chiba, but I love hot springs, so I stopped by on my way home from a trip. I was hooked on the hot water, which was like a rich lotion. The washing and changing rooms are average, but the hot water is good, and it's reasonably priced! I will drop by again.
I stopped by on my way to Gokayama!
The open-air bath made you feel the dynamic nature of Shogawa!
